As a yoga teacher, mental health advocate, and lover of healing through expression, I have found breath + movement to be the most powerful way to bring myself back into my body, in my everyday movement.

I have met people from all walks of life, whose bodies carried stories and experiences that were each unique, valid, and often relatable. Expressive forms such as art, music, and fitness can help us unravel our inner worlds. But sometimes we are not told what to do in the aftermath. Sometimes we need that extra nudge & guidance of how to breathe better, how to move smarter, how to practice purposeful everyday living… And that someone has your back throughout all of it.

Since 2011 I have used music and fitness pursuits as a way to release tension. And it was yoga that proved to be the life-changing practice that would help me overcome anxiety and help process difficult emotions. My love for music, mindfulness, and creative expression led me to start teaching yoga sequences to rhythmic flows. My fitness journey then led me to blend my routine with strength training so that I could take care of my body better, train smarter, and be more safely aligned in my practice.

I am honored to have led yoga classes all over Sydney, under the best teachers and mentors who held decades of experience and who had similar visions for their yoga students and communities, no matter how big or small. I love providing authentic and empowering yoga experiences for each person on the mat. And I love connecting with people wherever they are in their yoga journey or fitness journey.

I’d be honored to help you unravel these things on the mat and help you come out of class more uplifted, empowered, and better educated about your mind + body. Whether you are seeking mental clarity or body awareness, meditation practices or core strength, stillness or sweat… I promise I will be there to help take you to that post-yoga glow. You, and many others! Because that’s what it means to be part of a Kula. It’s a jungle out there, but we can face it together.
